The individual pause practices we explore range from one minute to around ten minutes. We work with your existing schedule rather than asking you to add lengthy new commitments. The idea is to find spaces that already exist in your day rather than create new obligations.

Yes. All Discovery Sessions, program modules, and group check-ins are available online via video call. In-person sessions are available at our Amsterdam office at Dam 17, 1012 JS Amsterdam, by appointment.
